VALENTINES DAY DIIET

Want to look fabulous on valentine day????

Here is some handy tips… & diet ..

It’s a very special day for everyone &   everyone wants to look fabulous on this day ..  more slimmer look with shiny face & lustrous hair ..here is the 5 day tip to follow to look  more glamorous on your special day..
Tips

1. TAKE LUKE WARM WATER 10-15 MIN BEFORE & AFTER MEALS [ATLEAST 8-10 GLASSES OF WATER IN A DAY.]
2. TAKE MORE OF FRUITS & COOKED VEG IN DIET/DON’T STARVE HAVE SMALL & FREQUENT MEALS [6-7 MEALS]
3. TAKE PROPER REST [ATLEAST 8 HRS GOOD NIGHT SLEEP]
4. NO SALT ATER 6 PM
5. GREEN TEA [2-3 TIMES] – WITH OUT SUGAR & MILK [CAN ADD LEMON JUICE – IF REQUIRED]
6. TAKE ZEERA+AJWAIN [1 TSP ZEERA+1 TSP AJWAIN BOILED IN 1 LT WATER N MIX WITH WATER] WHOLE DAY
7- AFTER 6.00PM ONLE PAPAYA/ PINEAPPLE/ APPLE IS ALLOWED.

E.M (7:00 Am) :   3-4 Almonds+2 Walnuts + Jasmine Tea
B.F (9:00 Am) :   Veg Sandwich / Veg Dalia Or Stuffed Wheat Bran Roti(50% Wheat Bran + 50% Atta)  + Milk/ Tea/ Coffee And Fruits Or White Oats With  Milk / Oat Bran Veg Stuffed Roti [1] With Green Chutney
M.M (11:00-11:30am) : Fruits / Lemonade
Lunch (1:30-2:00 Pm) : 1- 2 Wheat Bran Roti (50% Wheat Bran + 50% Atta) + Veg :No Curd
E/T (5:00 Pm) : Tea/ Coffee + 1-2 Biscuits (Oat/Wheat)
Dinner (7:00-7:30 Pm) :    2 Wheat Bran Roti : Ghia Stuffed : Sendha Salt + Green Chutney : Sendha Salt

P.D  :     Jasmine     Tea / Fruits

B.F (9:00 Am)  :   Soya Granules Poha   + Milk/ Tea/ Coffee And Fruits

Lunch (1:30-2:00 Pm)  :   Soya Nutrella  + 1-2 Wheat Bran Roti   Or Soya Roti (Soya Atta + Atta + Bran)+ Veg :No Salad : No Curd
E/T (5:00 Pm)  :   Tea/ Coffee + 1-2 Biscuits (Oat/Wheat)
Dinner (7:30 Pm)  :   2 Toast And Tea/ Wheat Porridge / White Oats With Milk  : No Salt

M.M (11-11.30 Am)   :  1 Seasonal Fruit+1 Cup Green Tea
Lunch (1:30-2:00 Pm)  :  1 Wheat Roti+1 Katori Dal[Any ]+Veg+ Curd Raita
E/T (5:00 Pm)   :   Tea+1 Multigrain Bis

Din (7:30 Pm)  : 1 Small  Platter Papaya+Green Tea

[No Salt Whole Day]

Lun (1:30-2:00 Pm)- 1 K Sprouts  Chat / 2 Egg Whites [Use Sendha Salt]
Ev(5:00 Pm)   :   Tea+1 Multigrain Bis

Din (7:30 Pm)  :  1 Small Platter Papaya+Green Tea
