HOW TO USE RADISH TO TREAT PILES


THREE EFFECTIVE HOME REMEDIES:
  • Have radish juice twice a day. Grate or grind radish in such quantities that will give you ¼ cup of radish juice. Have ¼ cup each of radish juice twice a day, in morning and evening. Gradually increase the quantity of juice to ½ cup over a period of one month.
  • Have radish with honey. Grate radish and have about 1 tablespoon of this grated radish with 1 tsp of honey. Have it twice a day.
  • Apply radish paste to piles. Grate some radish and add milk to it to make a paste. Apply this paste on piles and around your anal opening. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes and then wash off. Do it twice a day to reduce inflammation and pain.

Apple Crumble Recipe


Ingredients For Crumble
  • 300g  plain flour, sieved pinch of salt
  • 175g unrefined brown sugar
  • 200g unsalted butter, cubed at room temperature
  • Knob of butter for greasing
  • For the filling
  • 450g  apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1cm/½in pieces
  • 50g unrefined brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
  • Place the flour and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Taking a few cubes of butter at a time rub into the flour mixture. Keep rubbing until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Place the fruit in a large bowl and sprinkle over the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir well being careful not to break up the fruit.
  • Butter a 24cm/9in ovenproof dish. Spoon the fruit mixture into the bottom, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the crumble is browned and the fruit mixture bubbling.
  • Serve with thick custard.

BAKED BREAD ROLLS


Ingredients
  • Bread slices – 8
  • Potato – 1 (boiled)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chili – 1 no. (chopped)
  • OIL –  2tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Directions:
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Remove the corner of the bread slices.
  • Roll the slices with a rolling pin.
  • Mix potato, paneer, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, green coriander and green chili to make the stuffing.
  • Take one slice and keep little filling in the center.
  • Make all the rolls in a similar way.
  • Apply a little OIL on top.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney.

OVERNIGHT OATS FOR LOSING WEIGHT


Overnight Oats are just oats soaked overnight that absorb the liquid you put them in – any kind of liquid you like! The most common mixture is equal parts raw rolled oats, milk and yogurt (I like 1/3 or 1/2 cup of each). You can use any kind of yogurt or milk. Put in the fridge overnight (uncovered or covered, your choice) and let them soak up the liquids. Oats provide magnesium, fiber, plant-based protein, potassium, and they contain absolutely no sugar. This makes them a true virtue for healthy morning meals and they’re even cheap to beat all else.

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk [depending on how thick you like it]
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup fresh fruit
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch cinnamon

Directions:

Place all your ingredients in a jar or bowl, give them a stir, and soak covered overnight in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 cup water
  • ½ minced apple
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • Ginger
  • Lemon

  • Green tea bag/ leaves
  • Honey as per taste  (optional)

RECIPE

Boil ginger, black pepper, cinnamon in water till 1 cup water is left. Turn off gas, add minced apple and green leaves in water. Let it stay 4-5 minutes add lemon from above and mix honey as per your taste.

Broccoli Soup


Heat 1 tsp oil.
Add ½ cup thinly sliced onions, ½ tsp finely chopped garlic, ½ cup thinly sliced carrots & sauté on medium flame for 2-3 mins.
Add 1 cup broccoli florets, salt & 2 ½ cups of hot water.
Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mins while stirring continuously.
Add pepper & mix well. Serve hot.

RED BEANS STEW


Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5-6 mushrooms
  • 1 cup red beans
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 75 gms spinach
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • Pepper, salt, 2 tablespoon of flour and chili powder

Method:

  • Splash the beans overnight. 
  • The following day put them in a pot and cover with 3 containers water.
  • Cook for 1 hour or something like that, until beans are completely cooked.
  • Include mushroom and cook for an additional 10 minutes. 
  • Presently delicately sauté onion in an alternate container and add it to the blend.
  • Include whatever is left of the fixings to the container and serve immediately.
