Apple Cinnamon Tea

Apple cinnamon is one of the best examples of a perfect food combination.

Recipe of Apple Cinnamon Tea

  • 1.5 cup water
  • ½ minced apple
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • Pepper powder
  • Green tea bag/ leaves
  • Honey as per taste  (optional)


Boil ginger, black pepper, cinnamon in water till 1 cup water is left. Turn off gas, add minced apple and green leaves in water. Let it stay 4-5 minutes add lemon from above and mix honey as per your taste.
