Broccoli Soup


Heat 1 tsp oil.
Add ½ cup thinly sliced onions, ½ tsp finely chopped garlic, ½ cup thinly sliced carrots & sauté on medium flame for 2-3 mins.
Add 1 cup broccoli florets, salt & 2 ½ cups of hot water.
Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mins while stirring continuously.
Add pepper & mix well. Serve hot.
