Paneer Shawarma


  • Take garlic, clove, onion, jeera , salt, lemon juice, green chilly & grind in mixi.
  • Apply this paste on 30 gm paneer slices.
  • Grill on non-stick pan.
  • Take chapatti apply 1 tbsp hung curd & 1 tsp ketchup on it.
  • Add few juliennes of beetroot, carrot, lettuce & add paneer slices.
