=> Breakfast(9:00am - 9:30am) : 1 Chaulai Or Rajgira Laddu + Milkor Chaulai Seeds With Milk + Fruit Or Tea/Lemonade

=> Mid Morning(11:00am - 11:30am) : Fruit / Coconut Water / Chhach

=> Lunch (2;00-3;00pm): ##Kuttu Atta Cheela Or Muli Stuffed Roti+1k Allowed Veg+Raita
##Kuttu Or Maka Rice Idli With Curd Raita Or Pineapple Raita
##Potato N Paneer Cutlet [Add Kuttu Atta In It]+Green Chutney
##Stuffed Kuttu N Chaulai Atta Mix Roti+ Raita

=> Evening(4:00pm -5;00pm) : Coffee / Tea + 1 Handful Roasted Makhana / Fruit

=> Dinner (7;30 Pm) : ##Ghia Soup Or Kheer

##Sabudana Kheer
##Apple Smoothies
##Milk Shake With Blueberries

=> Post Dinner(9;00-9;30): Chamomile Green Tea + Anjeer (2 Hrs Soaked) // Papaya (1 Katori)
