1. Summer coolers
Liquid intake is very
important during dry weather.
Beverages like ice tea,
cold coffee, cold coco and chaach are the obvious summer coolers which can be
your thirst quenchers.

prepared whenever in one feels like having something different.

5. Increase water intake

intake to at least 2-3 liters per day. This will keep you well hydrated &
