Aerobic exercise will help to:

  • Increase the total number of red blood cells in the body, to enable greater oxidation facilitation throughout the body.
  • Strengthen the heart muscle, which will improve resting heart and pumping efficiency.
  • Reduce stress and tension, and increase mental well-being.
  • Increase circulation throughout all areas of the body.
  • Increase self-esteem.


AEROBICS EXERCISE INCLUDE
  • Walking (burns 300-400 kcal per hour)
  • Skipping (jumping rope)
  • Cycling (burns 600 kcal per hour)
  • Swimming (burns 600 kcal per hour)
  • Running (burns around 600 kcal per hour)
