Egg White Salad


Fixings: 

            Egg white-2 no 

            Onion-1/2 no (little) 

            Cucumber-1/2 no (little) 

            lettuce leaves-3-4 no (enormous) 

            Salt-to taste 

            Pepper powder-1/2 tsp 

            Lemon juice-1-1/2 tsp 

Strategy: 

Heat up the egg and separate the egg white. Sliced the egg whites into 3D shapes. Wash and clean all the veg. generally cleave the lettuce clears out. Slash cucumber and onion in 3D squares. In a bowl blend all the slashed vegetable with egg whites. Put lemon squeeze, salt and pepper powder and blend well.
