Tips To Reduce Water Retention


1. Eat less salt
2. Increase your magnesium intake
3. Increase vitamin B6 intake
4. Eat more potassium-rich foods
5. Avoid refined carbohydrates
6. Drink plenty of water
7. Take salt free dinners (like milk cornflakes, milk dalia) 3 times in a week
